It is to all measures that can be taken directly with in the website to improve search rankings. On-page SEO is the practice of optimizing individual web pages in order to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic in search engines. On-page refers to both the content and HTML source code of a page that can be optimized, as opposed to off-page SEO which refers to links and other external signals.

1. Title

 Title is highly important for attracting the users attention and increasing the page CTR (Click Through Rate). The users will see our title on the SERP and if they don't like it, they will most probably not read our article. So title is very important role in seo pages.Google display 55-60 characters of a title tag. So we are careful for limiting the characters around this range. It's pixel width at 512. The limiting characters and pixels are the major factor in helping search engines understand what your page is about. Title tag is used in three key places;
1. Search engine result page
2. Web browsers
3. Social networks 
Here some tips to remember when writing your title
  • Don't use too short and long titles,keep titles about 55-60 characters.
  • The tittle should be apt for the content of the page.
  • Title should be simple, meaningful and impressive.

2. Meta Description

It is a snippet of up to 320 characters, a tag in html that summarizes a page's content. Search engines show the meta description in search result mostly when the searched for phrase is contained in the description. It varies between 155-160 characters. Meta description has large impact on CTR on google.Following are the tips for writing your meta description,
  • It must be unique.
  • place your keyword towards the beginning of the meta title if possible. 
  • The content on the page can be similar to the meta descrption.
  • It must be very impressive and relevant.

3.Body Section Optimization

Google has put more and more importance on authoritative content. so we should ensure that webpage are full of as much detail about the topic of the page. Here some tips for writing your content,
  •  focus on your 2-3 primary keyword with in the body content and use variations in order to keep it reading naturally and expand the possibilities of your target customer.
  • It should include only one h1 in one page, subheadings, minor heading, can be given using h2 and h3.Link to other pages on your website from the body content. 

4.Keyword Optimization

It is the act of research analyzing and selecting the best keyword to target  to drive qualified traffic from search engines to your website. A website that is well optimized for search engines speaks the same language as it's potential visitor base with keyword for seo that help connect searchers to your site.

5.Keyword Density

It was a common seo practice used to ensure that your most repeated word and longer phrases were the actual keyword that you are focusing on. It can potentially lead to over optimization penalties or ranking demotions in search engines.

6.Image Optimization

Search engines can't read images. however search engines can read "alt tags" and "image title tags" which are part of image code. While these image tags are not a major ranking factor,every little bit helps and they will increase your chances of driving traffic from google image search.

7.Authorship Optimization

Authorship Optimization or Editorial power is the way of article authors to connect with google profile to their published content to create ownership. Through this process the advantage of author supremely good. when we makes an article and published to the internet before ensuring or verifying authority. Authorship provides authority and validity to content readers.
